User agreement

The Charitable Organisation «UA Mental Help Charitable Foundation», acting within the current legislation of Ukraine, for the purpose of carrying out activities defined by the organisation's Statute and pursuing its main goal — improving and preserving the mental health of the population — recognising the importance and prospects of using modern communication systems, in particular the Internet, striving to strengthen the effectiveness of mechanisms for providing charitable aid to improve the psychological state of beneficiaries of charitable aid, and ensuring compliance with the confidentiality requirements for the personal data of individuals, hereby enters into this User Agreement (hereinafter the «Agreement») with You (hereinafter the «User») in order to determine the procedure under which the User uses the Foundation's capabilities for raising and providing charitable aid through the website http://uamentalhelp.org/ (hereinafter the «Website»).

To use the Website and its capabilities, the User must accept the terms of this Agreement. The User has no right to use the Website and the capabilities for raising and providing charitable aid offered by the Website (hereinafter the «Capabilities») if the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement.
