Requirements for the subject of a letter with a price offer
The subject of the letter should state:
PARTICIPANT NAME "Mobile Application Development"
The letter is accompanied by a completed tender proposal form along with other required documents.
Copies of documents are submitted as separate files (not links to files!) in .pdf format. The name of each document must correspond to its content. All copies of any documents included in the tender offer must be certified by the signature of the Participant, and if the Participant is a legal entity, then by the seal (if any) and the signature of an authorized person. If the size of the attachments exceeds the limit, the offer must be divided into several e-mails.
All questions regarding the tender can be sent to tender@uamentalhelp.org by March 14, 2025.
